Who can be a member
- Original members who signed the application for registration.
- New members subsequently admitted in accordance with our by-laws.
- Common bond employees of the Presbyterian Church of East Africa.
- Church organization which subscribe to the same objectives. Spouses of such said members, living with the members in the same household.
- Presbyterian church of East Africa Presbyteries, the Parishes, the congregations, the church groups and the Standing Committees.
- Is an employee of the society.
- Those who have retired honorably and have the capacity to continue with the society.
- Has attained the age of 18 years except in case of a minor who is heir to a deceased member.
- Pays entrance fee and minimal share capital prescribed in these by-laws.
Individual membership joining requirements
a) Fill the Individual Membership Registration Form
b) Registration fee Ksh 1,000
c) Purchase a minimum of 200 shares at Ksh. 100 at Total Ksh. 20,000
d) Save the mandatory monthly savings Ksh. 1,000
e) Attach copy of ID card
f) Attach 2 colored passport photos
g) Attach copy of KRA PIN
Corporate membership joining requirements
Registered groups & limited companies
i. Fill the Corporate Membership Registration Form
ii. Registration fee Ksh 1,000
iii. Purchase min 200 shares at Ksh. 100 at Total Ksh. 20,000
iv. Save the mandatory monthly savings Ksh. 1,000
v. Attach Copies of Official(s) IDs
vi. Copies of Official(s)KRA Pin certificate
vii. Copies of Official(s) passport size photograph
viii. Attach list of the Group Members
ix. Attach the Group or Company Registration Certificate from the government
x. Attach minutes resolving to join the Housing co-operative
